A personal service is provided to each individual client, with every effort made to involve them in the project and, where appropriate, develop their understanding of the building.
Among the comprehensive range of services provided by Oxley Conservation are:
1 Condition surveys, including:
structural/building surveys,
investigations of specific defects to buildings
detailed surveys of timber-framed buildings, and
quinquennial inspections of churches.
All our survey reports are individually written, and will include detailed photography, illustrative drawings and sketch plans . They will include specific recommendations to tackle identified defects, and general information about maintaining and repairing traditional buildings.
2 Independent damp and timber reports that identify and address the causes of damp rather than merely treating the symptoms.
