Oxley Conservation

Oxley Conservation works exclusively with traditional buildings. Its principal aim is to ensure that all the buildings encountered receive appropriate and sympathetic advice that respects each building's individual nature and special qualities. Our aims are set out in full in our Code of Practice.

Oxley Conservation was established in 1997 by Richard Oxley.

.

Where it is appropriate Oxley Conservation works with specialist subcontractors for projects that will benefit from more focussed expertise.
We offer a broad spectrum of services to owners and custodians of old buildings.

These services go beyond traditional building surveys to encompass project management, contract supervision, grant applications, consultancy and training.

The practice is involved with a wide range of work. In a typical our assignments range from a few hours' work to projects which take years to complete, for clients ranging from national institutions to individual property owners . Many of these projects have required us to apply for grants from funding bodies such as English Heritage and the Heritage Lottery Fund.
